These terms govern your use of Chimney Sweeps Near Me (“CSNM”), operated by HNDOVR™ in collaboration with The Stove Guys. By using the site or registering as a sweep, you agree to them.

The service

CSNM helps homeowners find and book local chimney sweeps. Sweep businesses listed on CSNM run bookings, certificates and customer records through HNDOVR™. We provide the platform; each sweep is responsible for the quality and safety of their own work.

Homeowners

• Provide accurate contact and job details when making an enquiry or booking.
• Contracts for sweeping work are between you and the sweep (or their business), not with CSNM, HNDOVR™, or The Stove Guys unless separately agreed in writing.
• Prices, availability and job scope are set by the individual sweep.

Sweep businesses

• You must provide accurate business details, hold appropriate insurance, and comply with applicable UK trade and safety standards.
• Partner listings and Stove Guys × HNDOVR™ branding do not transfer liability for your work to us.
• Platform fees, plans and certificate limits (where applicable) are described on the pricing page and may change with notice.
• We may suspend or remove listings that are misleading, abusive, or unsafe.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, scrape content at scale, or post false or unlawful information. We may refuse service where we reasonably believe these terms are breached.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CSNM / HNDOVR™ / The Stove Guys are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for the acts or omissions of independent sweep businesses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
